Anantha Chandrakasan, Dean of the MIT School of Engineering and Vannevar Bush Professor of EECS, has been named the recipient of the 2022 IEEE Mildred Dresselhaus Medal. The medal is awarded based on outstanding technical contributions in science and engineering, the impact an individual has made to the engineering profession and/or IEEE society, their leadership towards research goals, and other achievements as evidenced by publications or patents or other evidence.
