The presentation will begin with an overview of analog in-memory computing (AIMC) within the realm of deep learning inference, highlighting key concepts and related terminology. This will be followed by a detailed examination of a mixed-signal AIMC prototype chip that employs phase-change memory technology, fabricated with 14nm CMOS technology. The presentation will conclude with insights into emerging research trends and developments in memory device technology and its novel applications.
This event is a joint Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL) and AI Hardware Program Seminar.
