Dirk Englund focuses on semiconductor devices and systems for quantum information technologies and machine learning. Wenjie Lu researches design and fabrication of nano-electronic devices for future logic and analog applications. Xin Zhang researches hardware infrastructure for cloud and HPC, machine learning hardware/accelerators, analog circuits, and power circuits and systems. Ruonan Han is interested in developing next-generation microelectronic circuits and systems and solid-state electronics.
